Uncontested divorce without children, debts or property documents only

If money is a concern and you don’t mind doing some of the legwork, this option might be the choice for you. I will be drafting all your documents the same as the other options but I will not be representing you as your attorney. You will be responsible for seeing that the documents get properly filed, and a hearing set for the final judgment to be signed. You will most likely be required to attend a final hearing if you use this option. I will be providing you with completely drafted documents that are ready to file in the County of your choosing. You will receive everything you need and nothing you don’t. I give you an instruction sheet advising you step by step what to do in the process to assist you in moving through the system. For a completely worry free experience where I handle everything for you start to finish you can’t beat the $200 option. I am happy to help either way. If you have debts or property to divide or if you have children, this option is not available.
